The work behind the consulting
My consulting is grounded in a body of work — a family of GLP-1 sites, national and international press, and a top-ranked podcast. The reach, credibility, and relationships here are what I bring to the businesses I work with.
The founder story
I started as a patient
When access to GLP-1 medications came under threat, I couldn't stay quiet. I organized, I advocated, and I told the truth about what patients were actually living through — the shortages, the costs, and the fear of losing something that was working.
That work put me in front of the country's biggest newsrooms. WIRED, Reuters, The New York Times, USA Today, CNBC, Politico, Fast Company, and the Danish Broadcasting Corporation have all come to me for patient connections and commentary on GLP-1 access and the FDA.
Along the way I built the tools the community didn't have — GLP-1 Studio, a top-ranked GLP-1 podcast, and the GLP-1 Collective nonprofit — and became an ACE Certified Health Coach with a Weight Management specialization and advanced anti-obesity medication training.
Today I run GLP-1 Consultant. The founders and builders shaping this industry hire me because I know it from every angle — what patients trust, what the media covers, and where the space is going. That's what I bring to your business.
